Artisan Bread Baking

You see them at the local farmers markets, now learn what goes into making these fresh, delicious breads. The class will be hands-on and you’ll have a couple of loaves to take home. Class size is limited. Please register early.

Oliver Levis and his family own and run Earth Sky Time Community Farm in Manchester, Vermont. Their impressive rotating hearth oven produces 2,000 loaves of beautifully structured and flavorful bread weekly.
