- Phyllo packets filled with roasted exotic mushrooms and herbed cream cheese … Learn the technique of forming the packets, make these a day or two ahead of your party.
- Lamb lollipops with an herbed pistachio crust … People eat first with their eyes! Lollipops displayed in a festive birch log with rosemary sprigs and sugared cranberries.
- Smoked salmon Christmas trees and ornaments … Delight your guests with these incredible bites!
