Thanksgiving Pie Class

Apple pie is a classic dessert for the Thanksgiving holiday. In this hands-on class, learn to make your own butter pastry and filling. We’ll add some variety with cranberries and/or pears, if you choose. We will also weave a lattice top crust and decorate the outer edge with pastry cut with different cookie cutter shapes. Please bring a wooden or stone board and rolling pin to roll the dough. Also bring your favorite pie plate. You will take the assembled pie with you to bake at home.
